Mark Aubrey is the resident technology specialist delivering IT excellence for the Call Center Sales Pro brand family and call center network. With more than 25 years experience in Information Technology (IT), CCSP was delighted to welcome Mark and his expertise to the role of Director of IT in 2021.
Since joining CCSP leadership, Mark has focused on strengthening the tech team processes to adopt proactive IT management while forecasting new opportunities to best enhance our clients’ experience. He oversees all IT functions that enable CCSP to operate using his talents to monitor system uptime, administer system design, and deploy disaster recovery. A workday for Mark sees his engineering success across multiple projects, managing the whole of CCSP’s infrastructure, telecommunications and I.T. security, as well as vendor management.
Mark is a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He stays busy with an avid interest in genealogy, researching regional baseball history (local to East Tennessee!), and volunteering on the board of the region’s Down Syndrome Awareness Group, honoring his teenage daughter.
