Map out a safe 10 min walking route near your office and encourage employees to use it while on the clock. If you notice an employee who doesn’t take a lunch break, encourage them to take it. Allow schedule flexibility: With so much happening around the holidays, consider offering more flexible scheduling. Parents hate missing Christmas recitals and school plays.
